Green Power Philippines is a Filipino-German Engineering Company founded in 2008. It acquired an established alternative energy company, ALTENSOL, to kick start its business. It provides photovoltaic, solar thermal and solar pump systems as well as manufactures small and middle size wind turbines.
Philippines is the third-best performing destination, growing an estimated of 21.7 percent to register US$7.3 billion in revenues for 2008. India and China were singled out as the market‘s top revenue generators, pulling in revenues worth US$48 billion and US$28 billion, respectively.
